Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders (within Canada).
We currently don't offer international shipping. If you are interested in our products or services anywhere other than Canada, please contact us via email at glowkitchenca@gmail.com.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at glowkitchenca@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I get my order shipped to a P.O. box?
Our official carrier service provider does not offer P.O. box deliveries. If you are interested in shipping to a P.O. box address, please contact us directly at glowkitchenca@gmail.com.
